Clients may cancel their social media marketing services at any time with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days’ written notice prior to the next scheduled billing date or service cycle. Notice Requirements Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The seven (7) calendar day notice period begins on the date the written notice is received. Billing If proper notice is given, services will conclude at the end of the current billing period. If less than seven (7) calendar days’ notice is provided, the upcoming billing cycle will be processed as scheduled, and services will continue through that period.
